Getting your roof replaced is stressful! I put it off for a couple of years because I didn't want to deal with it. So many roofing companies come knocking on your door, promising the world and you don't feel like you can trust any of them!

But then, I met Theron from Higher Elevation Roofing in Winston-Salem, NC at a home show in Winston. He was friendly, engaging, and explained the whole insurance claim process in a way that finally made sense. I came away feeling very confident that I'd found experts who knew exactly what they were doing.

Within a few days, Theron and Jenna, the owners of Higher Elevation Roofing, came out to do a complimentary inspection. They were very thorough, and by the end of day, I had a detailed estimate that I forwarded to our insurance adjuster.

On the day the adjuster came out, Theron and Jenna actually arrived well before time and were already set up to assist the adjuster. Their expertise showed - the adjuster agreed completely with their findings and the insurance company covered the replacement.

Within a week we had our roof replaced by their professional crew, completing the entire job in just one day!

The roof looks amazing! When I spotted one small issue, Theron and Jenna came out and fixed it immediately - that's the kind of service that sets them apart.

If you're stressed about getting your roof replaced (and who isn't?), and you live in the Triad area of NC, I absolutely recommend Higher Elevation Roofing. They turned the roof replacement headache into a seamless experience!

My company TDMM bought this commercial building in Mocksville Nc. We used Higher Elevation Roofing to replace the roofing. They were able to do the job quickly and for a fraction of the cost of other roofing companies. We could not be happier with the quality of work that they provided. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a new roof. Theron and Jenna explained everything that needed to be done and then they did exactly what they said.Within 3 days I had a dry building and a quality roof .
